My Backyard Home is a preliminary marketplace in soft launch. Features, content and commercial arrangements are still being developed and may change without notice. Some listings are illustrative sample listings used to demonstrate the marketplace format, and are clearly marked as sample listings. Illustrative listings do not represent an offer to sell, and the suppliers shown on them are not necessarily approved marketplace partners.

All planning, zoning, approval and feasibility information on this site — including the planning checker and state and territory guidance — is general, preliminary information only. It is not legal, planning, building, engineering, financial or tax advice, and it is not an approval, determination or eligibility decision. Rules vary by council, overlay and individual property. You should confirm your position with your local council and suitably qualified professionals before committing to anything.

Prices shown are indicative “from” prices only. They are not quotes, may exclude delivery, site works, connections, permits and other costs, and may change. Final pricing, inclusions and exclusions are confirmed in writing before any order.

My Backyard Home is a marketplace. Suppliers are independent businesses. The supplier — not My Backyard Home — is responsible for manufacture, product quality and specification, delivery, site works and installation, permits, approvals and regulatory compliance, warranties, defect rectification and all after-sales fulfilment, unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

We take reasonable care in reviewing supplier applications and listing information, but we do not independently verify every claim made by a supplier.

Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer or contract. Submitting an enquiry or requesting a quote does not create an order. No purchase is binding until it is confirmed in writing under the applicable supplier and platform terms. During the soft launch we do not process deposits or payments through this site.

We do not currently provide, arrange or recommend finance, credit or insurance products, and nothing on this site is a financial product recommendation, unless a specific offering is expressly shown and described as such.

You agree to provide accurate information, not to misuse the site or attempt to access records that are not yours, and not to use the site to circumvent the marketplace or solicit users off platform. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, My Backyard Home is not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published on this site or from dealings between you and a supplier.
